Welcome to my website, your source for Phoenix area real estate.  I am a long time Phoenix area resident with over 20 years of business experience.  I know the area well and specialize in west valley cities like Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, Sun City, Goodyear, Tolleson, Avondale, Litchfield Park as well as Phoenix. Because I want to serve my clients even better I have attended over 100 hours of additional classroom training where I earned my GRI, CNE and CSSN designations (Graduation of the Real Estate Institute, Certified Negotiations Expert, & Certified Short Sale Negotiator).  In addition, I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Information Technology Management.  So what does hiring a realtor do for you?
